Service Return Policy:
If for any reason you need to cancel your replacement service, depending on the service plan purchased, you will be charged a cancellation fee in accordance with the schedule below.† If you bought a package plan, i.e. a twelve visit package, you will be charged full price for each visit that we completed during the package term.† The following is a breakdown of the cancellation fees associated with each service package:1 Visit Package.........................................................................................$0

Lite Sod Return Policy:
For all sod purchases, we cannot accept any returns.† Sod is a plant and it is perishable.† The buyer assumes risk that the sod if shipped for longer than 3 days may have some yellow strands or may not look as green as in the pictures.† Sod shipments are sent out every Monday and/or Tuesday to ensure that east coast deliveries of sod remain in the box for the shortest amount of time as possible.† Shipments are sent from the west coast; any state east of Colorado typically takes 4 to 5 days to arrive using our FEDEX Home Delivery method.† If you would like to receive your sod as fresh as possible, we recommend choosing the 3 day select or 2 day air option, which costs typically $50 to $60.† Please note that sometimes weather conditions, such as rain, may force us to delay the shipment of sod.† When it rains heavily, the sod farm becomes flooded, which causes us to not be able to harvest the sod.† In these cases, we will notify you of the delay and ship it out as soon as weather permits.†

Synthetic Grass Return Policy:
For all synthetic grass purchases, we cannot accept any returns.† The reason we are unable to accept returns is due to sanitary reasons.† Once any shipment leaves our warehouse it assumed to be a "used" item.† If we were to accept a return on this item, it can potentially create a health hazard, due to pet excrement, for another pet if we were to resell the item.† We are concerned for the health and safety of all pets, therefore, it is in their best interest for us not to resell a potentially "used" item.

Return Policy for the Original, Petite and Mini PETaPOTTYs:
If for any reason you are unhappy with your PETaPOTTY, please call us and we will be happy to discuss having it returned to us.† However, after 10 days we no longer accept returns.† We can either replace your PETaPOTTY if it is defective, replace the portion of the PETaPOTTY that is defective, or refund to you the product price less shipping and restocking charges.† If the unit has been used we are unable to accept a return of the product nor are we able to issue a refund.† For unused units which are returned, we will charge a $20USD restocking fee.† As long as you call us within the 10 day period, we will go ahead and issue you a return authorization (RA) number.† The customer is responsible for the shipping costs of returning the unit back to the company.† Please write the RA number on the package.† We will not accept any returns that do not have a valid RA number.† All returns sent without a valid RA number will be returned to sender.†

Demonstration Units:
If you purchase one of our demonstration units (units that have been taken out of the box and placed on display), the sale is final and no returns will be accepted.

Exchange Policy for the Original, Petite and Mini PETaPOTTYs:
If for any reason you would like to exchange your PETaPOTTY unit for a different size, we will accept exchange requests for up to 7 days.† After 7 days, we are no longer able to exchange units.† For an exchange to occur, you must contact us for an exchange authorization (EA) number.† The EA number needs to be written on the package before it is sent back to us.† You are then responsible for shipping the unit back to us in its ORIGINAL packaging with added protection (i.e. styrofoam peanuts) if necessary.† You are responsible for the shipping cost of sending it back to us as well as the cost of sending out a new unit.† Any monetary adjustments (either credit or debit) will be made to the credit card on file.† Please note that it can take 2 to 4 weeks to receive the new unit, as the process of manufacturing a new unit is started again when you exchange a unit.

General Policies:
If your PETaPOTTY unit arrives damaged, please contact us immediately.† We need to report the damage to our shipping department ASAP, so that they can contact the shipping company's claims department.† The claims department no longer accepts claims for damaged packages after 14 days.† Please note that all of our packages are thoroughly checked, inspected, and signed off by a representative before shipment.† Therefore, it is your responsibility to notify us immediately if there are any missing items.† After 14 days, any complaint regarding your shipment (i.e. missing items) will not be considered valid.For PETaPOTTY units, please note that if you decide to cancel your order after we have processed it (which means we ran the credit card and sent the order to the manufacturer), there will be a credit card service charge of 3.5% deducted from the total processed.† This charge results because we are charged a service charge for each order processed, and if you cancel the order we incur the charge.All PETaPOTTY dimensions are given as approximations to help aide in deciding which PETaPOTTY is right for you.† Since all PETaPOTTY units are custom made here in the USA, dimension sizes may be off by + or - three quarters of an inch.PETaPOTTY, Enesse Inc, and all subsidiaries reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.
