If your PETaPOTTY unit arrives damaged, please contact us immediately. We need to report the damage to our shipping department ASAP, so that they can contact the shipping company's claims department.The claims department no longer accepts claims for damaged packages after 14 days.

Please note that all of our packages are thoroughly checked, inspected, and signed off by a representative before shipment.Therefore, it is your responsibility to notify us immediately if there are any missing items. After 14 days, any complaint regarding your shipment (i.e. missing items) will not be considered valid.

For PETaPOTTY units, please note that if you decide to cancel your order after we have processed it (which means we ran the credit card and sent the order to the manufacturer), there will be a credit card service charge of 3.5% deducted from the total processed.† This charge results because we are charged a service charge for each order processed, and if you cancel the order we incur the charge.

All PETaPOTTY dimensions are given as approximations to help aide in deciding which PETaPOTTY is right for you. Since all PETaPOTTY units are custom made here in the USA, dimension sizes may be off by + or - three quarters of an inch.
